Customer Service Officer- Real Estate

  • Responsible in servicing and handling a portfolio of customers' operational requirements e.g. drawdown/rollover of loans, funds transfers, time deposit placement/rollover, account opening and other operational enquires/matters
  • Work closely with other departments in ensuring prompt delivery of customers' requests and resolution of customer issues
  • Liaise and follow up with customers to ensure prompt rectification on transaction irregularities, account excesses, overdue transactions, document exceptions, etc.
  • Participate in operations, customer related etc. projects/initiatives
  • Other taskforces, duties and administrative support etc. as may be assigned from time to time

Head of Compliance & Operations, Real Estate



Qualifications
  • Good knowledge in corporate banking operations
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Customer-focused and good communication skills
  • Results-oriented with good problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Good team player
