As a client service manager, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and transparent onboarding process for our business relationships. You will support our sales teams and clients across multiple markets and asset classes through the client lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality client experience.

Your team

 

As a client service manager, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and transparent onboarding process for our business relationships. You will support our sales teams and clients across multiple markets and asset classes through the client lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality client experience.

Your role

 

  • Acting as the central point of contact for managing the setting up and maintaining of business relationships while continuing to nurture internal stakeholder relationships throughout the process.
  • Managing competing priorities and establishing clear expectations for stakeholders in relation to client interaction.
  • Helping to design the client onboarding process, including the platform to support it.
  • Working together with all internal stakeholders such as the Compliance, Legal, AML and KYD/KYC teams to secure the onboarding and ensure proper coordination.
  • Providing the lead on gathering new client requirements and deliverables together with the Client Service and Sales teams and securing the management of delivery of solutions.
  • Managing relationships with our business partners and ensuring that the necessary focus on escalation points is properly managed.
Your profile

 

  • University degree in Finance or training/experience deemed equivalent.
  • Three years' proven experience of working in the field of client onboarding.
  • In-depth knowledge of operating models for distributors and clients in investment funds.  Knowledge of the different roles in the investment fund industry (custodian bank, transfer agent and fund administration) as well as of the related regulatory framework.
  • Written and spoken fluency in French and English.
  • Another language would be an advantage.
  • Meticulous in your approach to work and highly organised.
  • Dynamic and able to show initiative in problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills.
