  • The primary responsibility of this position is to run the PMO (Project management office) function delivering all technology enabled project initiatives for the company. 
  • The PMO Lead also owns the deployment of the Chef Collaboration Framework – a structured collaboration framework used for solutions deployment and IT project governance. This position works across a wide variety of functional areas and teams including IT, departmental functional leads, IT advisors, consultants, vendors and other third parties to ensure successful tracking, reporting and execution of significant technology initiatives.
  • The role is to lead the implementation of the Projects within the PMO team by overseeing the implementation and documentation of IT systems and processes using CHEF framework throughout the project life cycle.
  • This role reports to the CTO.



  • Project Roadmap Execution, through coaching and hands-on execution of Project Demand through custom Flex’s CHEF Collaboration Framework:
    • Ensure that all technology projects and products are aligned to Business Strategic goals, provide clear value and benefits
    • Ensure that all technology projects are run via CHEF Framework, with high levels of quality
    • Ensure that project user stories have direct traceability to test case results for each project
    • Directly own at least one technology project from Strategy through Monitor at any given time
    • Teach CHEF framework and supporting artifacts to all new hires or contract employees

    • Project Management Office:
      • Structure and implement efficient and consistent PMO capabilities, enable continues Improvement practices
      • Ensure that all client project demand is maintained as best practice in JIRA
      • Align multiple teams across the company and ensure appropriate engagement
      • Escalate and follow through on project risks and remediation actions
      • Provide daily and weekly project reporting
      • Coach and grow the team to meet the quality and scalability requirements of the business


        THE PROFILE :

      • 8+ years’ of Project Management of information technology deployments, migrations and integrations & managerial experience
      • Relevant Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
      • Certification In PMI, Prince2 or Agile
      • Required:
        • Strong Teaching / Coaching Skills
        • Strong writing, presentation, and documentation skills
        • Strong ability to zoom from big picture to detail
        • Leadership Skills
        • High proficiency in spoken and written English
        • Significant experience with various solution development frameworks
        • Significant Business Analyst and business modelling experience

        • Important:
          • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
          • Ability to direct collaborative efforts of multiple teams
          • Creative thinking, problem solving, and decision making
          • Project Management experience with PMI / PRINCE 2 certifications
          • UML knowledge and modelling experience
          • Agile experience: Writing Epics and Personas
          • Writing and execution of test cases that tie to design requirements
          • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
          • Comprehensive organizational design experience
          • Experience in strategic planning and execution
