The HUB IT Fund Administration is looking for FA domain experts to be assigned on different projects belonging to a large transformation program. As a key expert of the Fund Administration IT team, the SME is the main intermediary between the Client/Operations/Product and Development team. Under the guidance of the manager, he is in charge of providing solution expertise to potential new and existing projects & enhancements.
Tasks
Among other, your responsibilities will be :
- to guide the project implementation of new FA business (new client / new service for existing clients) or new FA products
- to act as the functional expert for existing or new FA complex requirements (products, regulatory, reporting, transaction management, …) in a multi-geographical environment
- to act as the solution expert for existing or new FA solutions within a context of a unique platform and multi-jurisdictions usage, from the initiation phase to the rollout in production
- to build and maintain the functional architecture of the FA domain
- to participate in strategic and/or clients driven projects
- to communicate effectively and facilitate team interaction
- to ensure that the appropriate documentation is made available and training is given to end user and IT Support
- to control the deliverables’ quality
Profile
- proven track record of FA Operations & FA Products experience (8+ years)
- proven track record in Multifonds FA software solution as an expert engineering/IT role (8+ years)
- familiar with IT standards and especially CMMI project-management methodology
- excellent communication skills
- able to present complex information in a clear and structured way
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- able to work under pressure and against tight timelines
