The CSR is a key service role for Deutsche Bank's Listed Derivatives (LD) clients in the region. The CSR team is the main contact point for LD clients, addressing all service needs that require interaction and quick response. The role requires the professional to be alert and very responsive to the clients' needs around BAU and onboarding. The demands on communication abilities are high as the CSR needs to communicate with clients regionally and internal departments (sales, relationship managers, other service centers) globally. The CSR role is critical for providing a high quality service experience and increasing loyalty of our clients to our services and brand.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a main point of contact for Deutsche Bank's Listed Derivatives clients for onboarding new funds and dealing with BAU queries

  • Handle client requests in an efficient manner, ensuring reliable turnaround, clear expectation management and focusing on client satisfaction

  • Coordinate full transition and on-boarding of client to LD & MC platform across listed products

  • Improve processes and keep related operating procedures (documentation) up to date

  • Proactive exception monitoring of operational processes (booking, margin reporting and payments, cash payments, securities transfers, reconciliations, fees, billing), issue resolution and manual adjustments as necessary

  • Interact with internal and external contacts for resolution of trade and settlement issues, meeting regular process deadlines and meeting/exceeding client expectations

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics combined with finance industry experience

  • Ability to quickly understand trade processing, client reporting, and settlement systems

  • Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills

  • Possesses strong process focus, able to define and interpret process metrics to drive service quality

  • Strong client service orientation, with excellent written and oral communication skills
