POSITION

This Manager, Global Digital Solutions is a newly created, strategic role in the Global Marketing function. The firm is embarking on a multi-year marketing and client servicing technology program focused on optimizing the client experience and ramping up our global, regional, and channel specific digital marketing capabilities. We seek a marketing expert who is passionate about how digital trends and new technologies are changing the landscape within financial services, and who also has a practical vision for how we can utilize these technologies to benefit our current and future business. 

This role is part of a global team of channel-and product-oriented marketing managers within the larger Global Marketing function. Global Marketing also includes teams dedicated to content creation (writing/editing/proofreading), content management (readership optimization and content tagging), design (digital and print), project management, digital marketing, and events.

Responsibilities for this position will include the following:

  • Partner with colleagues in marketing, sales and relationship management, client service, and our funds business to architect, implement, and continue to evolve an effective technology and digital program that aligns with our business strategy and includes effective ways of using digital mediums for client servicing as well as marketing
  • Lead the development of a global digital marketing strategy to support the firm's business goals and to enable growth in newer channels and markets;
  • Develop and implement a strategy and supporting technology to capture and leverage effective marketing metrics and analytics across channels;
  • Architect new ways of using emerging technologies to better enhance channel marketing, businesses  processes, and products and the overall client experience;
  • Serve as the digital evangelist across the firm: educate the broader organization about digital trends, digital marketing, and how to optimize the client experience;


QUALIFICATIONS

A successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.  Experience in financial services is preferred, but not required. 
  • Hybrid of business/technology background
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - this role will help shape the future of technology and digital marketing at our firm
  • Strong technical experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex, technology projects
  • Intellectual curiosity; either strong investment knowledge or ability and desire to learn quickly
  • Effective communication skills including interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to partner effectively with others, seek a wider audience, build consensus, influence and act decisively
  • Strong fit with the firm's cultural tenets of inclusivity, collaboration, accountability, and collegiality
  • Sense of humor and passion for working in a creative and collaborative environment
  • Grace under pressure; ability to adapt, "roll up sleeves" and get things done
