Production Support Analyst, Officer
Who we are looking for As part of State Street's Identity and Access program, we're seeking dynamic, detail oriented analytical individuals who are able to solve problems and communicate effectively to a broad range of stakeholders.
What you will be responsible for Assist end users inside and outside of the Identity and Access Management program to solve issues as they arise via Service Now tickets and through requests from key stakeholders. Participate in and support projects and initiatives across the IAM program. Provide reporting and other data to IAM Management or end users.

Required Qualifications - Ability to identify and drive solutions to completion
- Strong communicator, able to effectively communicate solutions from Jr level employees to Sr level management
- Knowledge of Office 365 products
Education & Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of State Street applications and/or SailPoint a plus
- Bachelors' degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with end user support
- Business Analysis, Application or Customer Support
- Working knowledge of ticketing systems; creating, updating and closing tickets
- Strong customer service customer service skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen and understand what is being described
