The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Education and Experience - Bachelors or equivalent with 8 years of experience or Masters with 6 years of experience.
  • PMP or CPSM certification a plus

The Purpose of Your Role

The Vendor Management Oversight (VMO) team reduces vendor risk, improves vendor performance, and manages vendor spend within FPCMS by implementing Fidelity's procurement and vendor management programs, policies, and best practices with all FPCMS vendors. As Senior Manager of Vendor Oversight you will be responsible for managing the implementation of new vendor policies and management activities, designing and implementing FPCMS specific vendor requirements, and communicating vendor management program health to senior management.

The Value You Deliver
  • Managing the implementation of the Procurement vendor management program across FPCMS, including rolling out new requirements and management activities.
  • Representing FPCMS in enterprise procurement and vendor risk initiatives
  • Designing and implementing FPCMS specific vendor management program requirements
  • Reducing vendor risk across by partnering with FPCMS Risk on risk initiatives and Procurement policies
  • On-boarding new FPCMS vendor managers to ensure policies and best practices are followed and vendors are managed effectively
  • Driving improved vendor performance by consulting with FPCMS vendor managers on vendor scorecards and account plans
  • Facilitating new vendor engagements by partnering with FPCMS vendor managers and Procurement
  • Facilitating review and approval of new contracts and vendor spend with FPCMS Senior Management
  • Designing and implementing business intelligence solutions for the FPCMS vendor management program
