Data Governance Product Configuration Manager

Your role
Are you an experienced product configuration manager with solid background in data governance? Do you have Data Governance technology experience at leading financial institutions ? Do you have experience with data analysis and governance process documentation? We are looking for a Data Governance Product Configuration Manager that will be support the strategic Data Governance technology solution (Collibra) and integrate the solution content with key data sources.

You will be responsible for:
•enabling the UBS AM Data Governance Framework for the individual data domains
•designing, enhancing and maintaining Collibra Metamodel
•analyzing data sets, identify key Entity categories, and map their relationships/ structure to develop Taxonomy per Data Domain
•gathering data attributes & requirements per Program and work with stakeholders to establish standard data definitions in order to create Business Semantics driven Glossaries
•software support, including implementing system integrations with Collibra
•developing/enhance SQL code to receive metadata through data service agreements from master domain applications
•managing & executing process to enable and onboard metadata from other domain sources/applications
•overseeing QA testing for Collibra, IDQ & Tableau
•reviewing data models and profile/ analyze data from existing sources to capture Data elements & develop Data Dictionaries at the logical and physical level
•develop source to target mappings for key data elements and identify transformations in order to generate comprehensive Data Lineage documentation
•catalog existing Data Quality rules, work with stakeholders to identify gaps, and define additional measures & criteria required
•assisting in defining and implementing data governance KPI's in Collibra

Your team
You'll be working in the Data Governance IT team in Weekhawken, NJ . This team developes an extensive amount of custom workflows & governance functionality within Collibra. The team works in an agile/scrum format and is eager to have you join and extend the approach.

Your experience and skills
You have:
•Asset Management/Finance domain knowledge
•strong experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, HTML, Informatica IDQ. Scripting, Java, HTML experience is a plus
•experience implementing Data Governance KPI's in Collibra
•experience with Collibra implementation, configuration, APIs, Collibra Connect etc.
•strong experience with RDBMS like Oracle SQL, MS SQL, and My SQL
•knowledge of Data Quality, Data Profiling
•knowledge of Data management standards and data governance practices
•proven experience in Agile development methodology
•good knowledge of Asset Management data and business processes
