Director IT Product Management (Observability & Monitoring Platforms)
Job Description: As the Director Technology Product Owner/Squad Leader you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the squad mission, strategy, and tactical execution associated with delivering on strategic priorities. As the product owner you will lead a squad within Customer Protection, supporting customer identity, authentication, and authorization for the firm. You will lead your squad in building and strengthening the observability, monitoring, and alerting of systems, vendors, and platforms which represent the firm's digital front door. You are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role.
The role can be based in, Westlake, TX, Salt Lake City, UT, Merrimack, NH, Durham, NC, or Boston
The Expertise You Have - Proven experience designing, developing and maintaining dynamic products and solutions
- Financial services experience, preferred
- Agile experience
- Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
- BA/BS degree preferred

The Value You Deliver - Defining, refining, and communicating the squads' mission and roadmap to empower and establish team and partner support and alignment
- Anticipating, discovering through ongoing interaction with, and prioritizing client / partner needs to serve as their voice and guide execution of the team
- Defining, evaluating, and communicating results against acceptance criteria
- Inspecting and evaluating progress, and removing impediments
- Measuring performance against established objectives and critical metrics and delivering agreed upon business, technology, and people results
- Collaborating and coordinating with chapter leaders and scrum masters to build squad capacity and capability and enabling squad member growth, development, and learning
- Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines
