Compliance Analyst - Global Enhanced Due Diligence Steering/Control (m/f/diverse)
Task - You participate in the definition and update related to Enhanced Due Diligence ("EDD") as part of the regulatory requirements, including their group-wide implementation via the relevant local Compliance Offices globally within Commerzbank, as wells mitigation measures, if applicable
- As Subject Matter Expert in the area of EDD you support the Compliance organization out of the Headquarters as well as on site.
- As Subject Matter Expert in the area of EDD you also participate in projects related to procedural and technical enhancements
Profile - Appropriate educational background in banking/compliance
- 3 years of professional experience in Compliance or Anti Financial Crime (esp. in Anti Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing), incl. experience in the design and implementation of KYC / Enhanced Due Diligence processes
- Extensive knowledge of the regulatory framework as GWG, KWG as well as circulars/guidance of national and international regulators and the respective differences
- Knowledge of vendors and solutions for Compliance purposes (e.g. Actimize, Dow Jones Factiva and World-Check) and the respective workflows
- Analytic and persuasive skills, decisive decision-making and conflict handling as well as team spirit
- International background / knowledge on KYC / Enhanced Due Diligence preferred
- Sound MS office skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Wiligness to travel
