Service Desk Analyst
The project is currently in the pilot phase and is just about ready to go into deployment. The position will be part of the core deployment team and will require to work collaboratively with the project leadership.
The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes and skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills. This is a customer facing role therefore a professional appearance and clear English speaking is a must
  • Excellent Windows 10 and Office 2016 client troubleshooting skills. It would be highly desirable if the candidate has experience with client migrations from Windows 7 to Windows 10
  • A solid understanding of SCCM administration, troubleshooting with experience deploying software and OS images
  • A good understanding of Active Directory
  • A good understanding of corporate networks and troubleshooting techniques
  • Works well in a team environment, has a willingness to learn and can work autonomously when needed
As the project will be visiting a number of the Vic Roads sites, travel will be required with overnight accommodations provided. The successful candidate will also require an Australian drivers license.
