Our client is a global credit & special situations group with a multi-asset class, principal investing and specialty lending mandate. Their mandate is both flexible and opportunistic, supported by an established Asia-wide deal flow across a diverse range of corporates assets. Due to continued growth they are well positioned to increase their asset base in the region hence they are looking for an Analyst/Junior Associate in Hong Kong.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with senior members of the team across ALL aspects of the group (origination, structuring and trading) as well as support ALL aspects of the teams investing and transaction processes across multi-asset classes. You will include supporting the senior team on originating and structuring investments, building relationships with key sponsors and ensuring high asset quality within the investment portfolio.
Ideal applicants will have 2-5 years experience in investment banking, likely from financial sponsors, general industrials or leveraged finance teams, or a similar investing role. You will be comfortable working as part of a small team where you will be required to work autonomously and bring strong corporate modelling skills and an analytical mindset to the table.
Should you be looking for a career move to Hong Kong or a return home post commencing your career in Australia, this global firm provides an outstanding opportunity to further enhance your career.
