Your role
Are you a proactive self-starter motivated to drive business forward? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We're looking for someone who can support the Corporate Client Solutions (CCS) department in:

– day-to-day office management and administration including oversight of internal processes with IT, Facilities, Security, Accounts Payable,
–responsibility for implementing new procedures to improve efficiencies and deliver a better level of service and support for the department
– responsible for the coordination, process and administration of key committees and business selection process
– responsibility for management and review of global compliance related metrics, including: transaction ‘information boxes', security access, IT systems access, information barrier status system
– management of offshore travel compliance related matters for Australia and New Zealand (‘TRACT' system approvals)
– responsibility for overseeing the processing/approval of invoices, travel approvals, expenses and expense reconciliations, office moves, setting up of new joiners
– providing adminstrative support to the ANZ Operating Officer

Your team
You'll be working in the Business Management team in Sydney supporting the CCS business which is based in Australia and New Zealand. CCS is a clear #1 investment bank, having held this mantel for an extended period. The Business Management team supports the day to day running of the business and oversees and monitors the delivery of the front to back control environment, regulatory and audit affairs, operating efficiencies as well as performance and development.

Your experience and skills
You have:
- experience in the financial services sector is preferred
- some knowledge of investment banking or relevant logistics and control functions is preferred
- 5 years+ of professional experience preferred

You are:
– comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
– adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
– excellent verbal and written communication skills
– able to remain calm under pressure
– able to juggle competing tasks
