  • Reports to: Head of CitiService for Australia & New Zealand
Job Purpose
As a member of the CitiService Team, you will act as the first point of contact for servicing Treasury and Trade Solution (TTS) products to clients of the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) in Australia and New Zealand. The CitiService Team is available to clients Monday to Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Receive and handle incoming queries via phone and email
  • Provide Level 1 technical support for CitiDirect Online Banking Platform
  • Accurate and timely logging of all client service interactions in CitiService workflow tool
  • Manage payment referrals, repairs and other issues relating to client instructions
  • Proactively contact clients by phone and email to provide updates on cases
  • Escalate service issues as appropriate
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Visiting Clients and providing training and support in person
  • Comply with the ethical standards contained in the Citigroup Code of Conduct
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative
  • Record management duties
Qualifications 
  • Prior Experience working for a financial institution (two years minimum)
  • Experience in working directly with clients a must
  • Degree in Finance or Banking welcome
  • Project Management Experience welcome  
Preferred Competencies/Skills
  • Sound background in banking products and services in particularly global transaction services
  • Working knowledge of SWIFT, RTGS, Direct Entry, BPay, Cheques
  • Strong understanding of the financial industry and its regulatory framework
