Permanent position as Senior Service Manager, Ab Initio with one of the BIG4 Bank

Your new role As a Senior Service Manager, you need to maintain and build strong relationship with Product Managers, Business representatives, Leadership team, key Stakeholders, Solution Architects, Executives, Program Managers, various teams and vendors. You need to understand current and target architecture and contribute to the transition from current to desired state. Recommend changes to processes and systems. Build and maintain relationships with service providers and customers. Act as the business advocate and the voice of the customer for Service Management Governance and initiatives. Negotiate, influence and drive Service Management outcomes. Produce reports and statistics on the performance of Service Management processes and customer experience. Recommend changes to Bank processes. Lead customer, IT and process meetings. Work with external vendors & IT service providers to ensure the resolution of escalated issues are completed within the Bank's agreed timeframes. Drive and/or oversee project work stream deliverables including quality control/sign off.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful you should have prior experience within a Service Manager position. Experience in Infrastructure/application delivery or service management functions with an understanding/Familiarisation with IT service controls like service continuity, Penetration testing, Vulnerability management, IT Security, Data Security concepts. Knowledge of Ab Initio. Certification in ITIL/PMP/Prince 2 will be preferred.
