Senior Consultant - Risk Operational Management

POSITION :

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts and enthusiasts in your field. You will be trained in our core activities and methodologies. You will have the opportunity to rapidly increase your skills and responsibilities in a complex, often international, interesting and challenging environment.

As an operational risk management consultant, you will be working on the following topics:

1. Enterprise risk management
2. Risk and controls governance models
3. Risk and control self-assessments processes (RCSAs)
4. Guidance and support to business units on operational risk management issues
5. Review of policies, procedures and controls to identify areas of risk and recommend improvements
6. Implementation and testing of controls
7. Stakeholder management within the 3 LoD model

Ideally, you :

1. Have a master or bachelor degree
2. Have 5-6 years of experience
3. Have a proven experience in operational risk management
4. Are fluent in English and French or Dutch
5. Have an analytical mindset
6. Are a problem-solver
7. Have leadership skills
