The team

The integration or separation of organisations is complex and capturing deal value is not always straightforward. A structured and disciplined approach, with clear strategic goals, detailed implementation plans and a focus on creating and capturing value from the start are key. We get that. Work you'll do

  • You'll be in charge of the day-to-day management of at least two or three projects at the same time, generally with one staff member for each project or more for bigger projects, working in close collaboration with directors and partners. Assignments generally run for approximately 2 to 4 weeks implying plenty of variety.
  • You'll dedicate a substantial amount of time to coaching and training our staff on-the-job but also by actively participating in team meetings
  • You'll engage in business development internally (e.g. development of new tools, models) and externally (e.g. proposal, client relationships) with the support of senior people in the group
Your Profile
Your profile

  • You have 4 to 10 years of relevant work experience (i.e. financial modelling, strategic & financial consultancy, in banking and/or financial department within a corporate environment). Being enrolled in or having completed the CFA programme is a plus.
  • You are excellent at understanding and interpreting financial statements
  • You have solid writing and presentation skills
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships between individuals, teams and lines of business
  • You have the ability to communicate clearly, persuade and influence
  • You have a proactive approach and flexible attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability
  • You have the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • You have excellent coaching skills and experience in managing people
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
