GM Bus/Proj Anlyst, Officer
Who we are looking for: A strong and self-motivated Project Manager/ Business Analyst who will cover project management responsibilities to overall manage global regulatory development across all products (incl. FX, SF, PS etc.) in Global Markets and coordinate with regional teams for business analysis work on requirements from different APAC Regulators (ASIC, HKMA, MAS etc.), and other business initiatives

What you will be responsible for: As PM/BA for Regulatory Reporting you will:
- Oversee regulatory transaction reporting such as ASIC, HKMA and MAS reporting in Asia Pacific, and ensure SSGM meet TR obligations.
- Examine regional regulatory requirements and determine business requirements.
- Coordinate with global teams from NA and EMEA to implement global consistent oversight model
- Participate in regional industry workgroups (e.g. DTCC, ISDA), and represent State Street to share the insight.
- Engage in State Street internal discussion of global regulatory reform (e.g. SFTR, CSDR), and analyze the impact and determine resolution.
- Partner with GMIT for global TR system implementation and IT deliverables management to build constructive relationship between business and IT.

- Excellent oral and written English skills is a must
- Demonstrate sound project management experience to ensure coordination of and processes across all regions, to achieve desired outcomes
- Strong proficiency in strong critical thinking, problem solving and time management to manage and deliver against multiple, high-priority deadlines, and decision-making skills
- Regulatory reporting related process knowledge preferred
- Financial background is a plus
- Experience on IT development lifecycle is a plus
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, majored in Finance, Economics or related field is preferred
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Excellent oral and written English skill
