PAM JAVA Developer
Pam Operations Manager is a B/S application for back office accounting operation. It leverages the familiar PAM® accounting engine via a micro services framework to automate PAM accounting engine capabilities. PAM® Operations Manager enables user to efficiently handle all accounting needs in an automated manner and Provides seamless automated workflow and exception management for all financial instruments and processing.
Job Duties: - As a senior software engineer, work closely with onsite team and local colleagues to analyze, develop and test AIS demands;
- As a senior software engineer, be able to come up with system design and develop high quality code for complex requirements independently;
- As a senior software engineer, be able to provide consultancy and guidance to other members in the team to help them achieve delivery goals;
- As a senior software engineer, continuously pursue advancement in technology and mechanism to improve team productivity, system architecture by learning and adopting new technologies and mechanisms like continuous build, good unit testing and quality coverage, etc.;
- Follow industrialized agile model and ensure necessary documentations and tollgate approvals are obtained against software deliverables;
Required Skills/Experience: - Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking;
- 5 years or above experiences in Java programming and Architecture design;
- 5 years or above experiences in SQL programming and tuning;
- Experiences working in an agile environment (especially scrum) is a strong plus;
- A continuous improvement mindset and always pursue technology and productivity advancement;
- A self-motivated individual and good team player can work well with local and remote teams;
- Accounting and financing knowledge is a plus;
- Experiences working with a global team is a plus;
- Experiences working in UI/UX is a plus;
- Experiences working in rules is a plus;
- Experiences working in PDI is a plus;
Education: B.S or above in Computer Science (or similar)
CET 4 or above in English capability
