Your role
Are you passionate about technology and bringing systems to life? Do you enjoy building close working relationships with your business and IT colleagues? We're looking for someone like that to help us. This is a management role in charge of overseeing strategy, providing reporting, and interaction with local stakeholders in China. The Country lead will be responsible for all Trade-Floor Desktop, Hardware & Printer services for China and provide an escalation point of contact for business (traders, business managers, business users, etc.) The China lead will also be helping to formulate and drive the support model in China, including the integration into the global support model. All this while enabling the local support team across multiple locations to excel in their service delivery.

Your team
You'll be working in the APAC End User Service Service operations team. We are a global team spread in APAC, UK and US. The role requires participation with different teams and our team members across those regions.

Your experience and skills
You have:
- Minimum 10 years of support experience (Preferably in finance)
- Minimum of 4 years' experience managing people
- Experience driving change in large organizations
- Experience managing both people, and projects a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft office suite, and standard support tools
- In the case of exceptional candidates some elements of the above will be flexible.
You are:
- Highly committed, and able to build very close working relationships with both the business and support teams
- Able to look at data/trends and present the analysis to key stakeholders.
