To support manage & grow relationships of the MNC Dubai & NE portfolio To maintain an acceptable Risk / Reward balance and ensure ethical, compliant practices.

  • Proactively support the MNC Dubai & NE business whilst managing risk, as well as to establish/grow amicable relationships with customers in a very competitive environment.
  • Work independently in many respects to grow revenue for the Bank while managing the risk in the portfolio. Hence, the jobholder will need to develop his/her credit skills and develop a good understanding of acceptable risk / reward parameters for customers in the portfolio  as well as helping to resolve customer service issues. 
  • Handle customer inquiries and service related issues proactively.
  • Good customer and corporate product knowledge,
  • Ensure that credit review/ renewal on all accounts are conducted prior to expiry of facilities.
  • Achieve the annual target for performing loans.
  • Assist in Originating new to bank borrowing clients
  • NPL to be maintained as per the agreed hurdles within CIB.   Credit Review / Renewal to be conducted timely.
  • Satisfactory Audit report
  • Deliver superior support by to proactively help customers resolve problems and facilitating their banking requirements.
  • Enhance credit analysis skills
  • Develop marketing skills to bring on board new to bank customers 
  • Ensure that all internal processes for existing portfolio and NTB are met in line with Bank’s policies & procedures..
  • Adhere to procedures and processes in documentation of call reports, KYC & all operational matters. Turn around new to bank proposals as per agreed SLA
