Responsible for the operational onboarding of the client, the calculation of the rebates as well as the operational support to clients and international departments.

Key Accountabilities:

- To manage reconciliation, calculation and reallocation of trades and holdings of National and global distributers. Adapt the process depending on the client set up, the country, the international policies or the regulations and market movements
- To support internal processes: New policies, NetNewMoney, Orphans allocation, Retrocesions reports to Finance

Role Requirement:

- Good understanding of the Asset Management business and ideally work experience in the Asset Management industry
- A first experience in a position with client contacts is a plus

- Controling knowledge and culture
- Very good local language skills and fluent at least in English, other languages are a plus
