Our client is a leader on the Financial & HR Software solutions market. We are actively searching a talented Business Development Director.

~~The BDD is responsible for new business development and new key accounts opening.
Within the Paris-based operation he will play a key role in growing the Business.

The BDD will:

- Identify and acquire new clients (Best practices for approaching new potential clients)
- Head hunt potential new clients with high commercial standards
- Build up recurrent revenue stream and ensure a comfortable pipeline of new business
- Take full end-to-end sales cycle of all opportunities, from initial prospect hunting, through demos, proposals and contract execution
- Lead a team with efficiency and work ethic
- Remain on top of market, competitors and industry trends
- Monitor activity report (Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements) for own P&L and the commercial team as well
- Manage the implementation of new regulations

The BDD will be in close contact on a daily basis with clients, Managers, developers and all staff of the firm…

- You have a previous and successful experience (5-10 yrs) on a very successful Business development leader
- You have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of HR Software solutions (SAAS mode)
- You are proficient in English
- You are a highly motivated self-starter
