ITG is looking for an intelligent and creative Software Developer to join our RFQ-hub in Paris. RFQ-hub is a cash and equity derivatives multi-dealer platform, connecting asset managers who want to trade via an RFQ protocol to brokers and dealers. We’re looking for someone to support our platform, develop and improve our support tools and create customisations for our clients.


  • Invent and develop application features for ITG’s RFQ-hub platform, an innovative trading platform allowing users to buy and sell financial products such as options, futures, ETFs and structured products
  • See the big picture, help steer the company in the right direction and keep-up to date with best practices
  • Design application architecture, interfaces, user interfaces and storage strategies.
  • Work in conjunction with application and infrastructure support teams to ensure all aspects of our operations are as automated as possible
  • Monitor new features as they start getting used


  • C#/F#/.net expertise (2+ years)
  • Computer Science degree (or equivalent)
  • SQL Server / NoSQL database experience
  • Interest in HTML, JavaScript / TypeScript, React/Redux and other browser based frameworks and languages
  • Understanding of functional programming and event sourcing concepts
  • Professional-level English (verbal and written)
  • Outstanding development & architecture skills, strong refactoring abilities
  • Concern for accuracy and detail

  • Excellent communication and team working skills, open minded to multiple solutions and proven ability to make decisions
  • The ability to learn quickly and effectively solve complicated development problems
