The support manager has a key role in ensuring our product meets the customer’s expectations and if ever it doesn’t, managing those expectations accordingly. They’ll have a passion for service and enjoy being a pivotal cog in both the relationship between the client and our development team with a focus on right first time and a flair for driving process.


·         3+ years is a customer support role within a software environment

·         Supply chain and supply chain related application experience a definite positive

·         Experience of managing incidents, problems and performing root cause analysis

·         Ability to work with technical and non-technical users

·         Excellent written and verbal English skills

·         Proven analytical and problem solving skillset

·         Experience of face to face and web based user training of a software function

·         Excellent SQL skills Knowledge of database and servers
