The Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific will support a diverse range of regional marketing activities to strengthen our brand, enhance client experience and achieve efficiency through leverage of best practices across the globe and the region.  The regional initiatives will include and not be limited to marketing strategy development, strategic projects, management reporting, finance and budget analysis, creation of marketing planning process and governance, establishment of metrics, data analysis, development of risk and control governance, and integrated campaigns involving ATL, BTL, digital and events. 


  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related degree is preferred

  • At least 8 years’ experience in marketing; experience in regional marketing will be an advantage

  • Experience in regional coordination for a diverse range of marketing initiatives

  • Good understanding of the investment or the mutual funds industry across markets

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to interact, influence and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and across Lines of Businesses

  • High level of independence, energy and integrity; Responsible and accountable; Respect for diversity of opinions and styles; Flexible in approach

  • Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding, fast paced environment, and handle multiple, competing priorities and projects with quality output at one time

  • Ability to adapt quickly and shift priorities based on unexpected business demands

  • Non-industry profiles will be considered for sounded marketing knowledge and experience from leading brands and/or marketing organisations
