We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Fund Administration.

Principal responsibilities

  • ​ Responsible for accurate calculations checking, investment compliance monitoring and ensure the delivery of accurately and timely completed reports
  • Supervise a team of fund accountants in performing the role of fund administrator, custodian and or trustee.
  • Understand client requirement and convey information or message for resolution in efficient and effective manner
  • Adherence to internal and external risk management policies and procedures, which include banks policy and funds constitutive documents
  • Demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that are applicable to the assigned funds


Qualifications
Requirements
  • ​ University graduate with a degree in accounting or related discipline
  • Relevant experience in fund services or financial industry
  • Good understanding of the administration of unit trust, mutual fund, accounting, valuation, custody and banking services
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong client facing and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
