To support our growing activities in Asia, we are currently looking for an energetic Business Analyst to join our Hong Kong office.
The role will be joining the project operation team to work on a strategic loan system migration project for APAC for the corporate & Investment banking sector. This role is a mix of Business and Quality Assurance Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Support project manager on all project related activities
- Understand project objectives, system and business requirements
- Prepare business requirement on customized / site specific requirements
- Liaise with IT and clarify with business users on customization requirements
- Assist implementation of the Target Operating Model
- Work with tester to prepare UAT test plan for business review and sign-off
- Work with tester to prepare functional UAT test cases to ensure front-to-back coverage of test scenarios
- Provide oversight on UAT and perform UAT as required
- Prepare documentations according to different project phases
- Deliver system training to users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance / Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines
- 5-8 years of working experience in international finance institutions, involvement as business analyst in business transformation projects is mandatory
- Strong track record in project delivery
- Knowledge of credit and lending operation is preferred
- Attention to details and an ability to provide strategic insights in delivery and continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Good command of written/spoken English, written/spoken Cantonese and spoken Mandarin
