An international asset management company is looking for a high caliber professional to join as Compliance Consultant. This is a 9 month contract role and based in Hong Kong.

Our client is an international asset management company with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region.  With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high caliber professional to join them in Hong Kong.

To assist and support Compliance with respect to the on-going development, implementation and monitoring relevant to the asset management business. Provide business compliance support including advisory, monitoring/testing, policies and procedures, regulatory updates and training. Handle SFC & MPFA licensing matters. Arrange client reporting. Administer, monitor and provide advice on employee Code of Ethics such as Personal Account Dealing and Gift and Entertainment in accordance with the Compliance Manual. Review of sales and marketing materials for Hong Kong and Singapore as against regulatory requirements, GIPS standards and internal policies, and obtain regulatory approval as necessary. Assist in Anti money laundering and Know your customer matters. Implement and conduct compliance testing program. Assist in regulatory and new policy research in order to implement of new regulations and company policies. Perform any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

To be qualified, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Familiar with the SFC & MPFA requirements is preferred. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
