My client is a leading International investment bank looking for a Project Manager, responsible for implementing and supporting greenfield projects across the region.
Responsibilities
Assist in the definition of capital market project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Understand business processes and requirements, advise appropriate solutions to fulfil business needs.
Drive changes among departments, liaise and integrate expectation from different business departments.
Liaise and collaborate with different technology teams and business teams to deliver critical business initiatives.
Manage and participate in the entire project life cycle, including requirement analysis, time-line planning, development, quality assurance, testing and deployment.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Cultivate effective work relationships with business users and other teams to ensure user satisfaction as well as compliant to the established standard.
Requirement
* 5-10 years of experience being a business analyst/ project manager working on capital market projects
* Good knowledge of Equities or Fixed Income within a Custodian environment or Broker Dealer for Settlements, or Asset Services is highly desirable.
* Good knowledge of writing process flows.
* Experience managing both onshore and offshore resources.
* Highly organised mind-set with the ability to work under pressure and operate in a multi-functional, matrix environment.
* Ability to analyse critical paths across multiple teams and resolve conflicts.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
* Strong commitment to delivery and quality of service.
* Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Must be a team player
* High proficiency in written and spoken English
