Corporate Strategy, Business Development - CEO office

Responsibilities

• Assist CEO and seniors in the planning, development, monitoring, evaluating and reporting of new business initiatives and existing business initiatives and preparation of corporate strategy plans.
• Act as key initiatives, conduct business performance analysis, and prepare executive level management reports.
• Facilitate communication between different line mangers across the organisation to enable collaborative and efficient strategic planning.
• Establish strong relationships with department heads; evaluate their business development needs and report to the CEO.
• In the context of business development, support the CEO office in their communication with IBD, Capital Markets, FICC, Compliance, Risk, Finance, HR, IT and Treasury to maintain effective corporate governance.

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Finance or related discipline(s).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Finance industry
• Big4, IBD FIG sector, Equity Research experience is preferred
• Ability to develop excellent relationships at all levels within an organization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, able to interact with all levels of Management
• Strong writing capabilities in English and Chinese ( Native in Mandarin )
