A leading transaction bank is seeking a cusomer service manager to join it's Hong Kong team, focussing on corporate banking clients

Responsibilities

  • Provide client service and account maintenance
  • Introduce service improvements to improve the overall client experience on transaction banking services
  • Resolves global client service issues
  • Promote cash management products and provide service support for all payment and cash management solutions
  • Generate referrals for other businesses such as Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking and investment banking


Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience working as relationship manager, transaction banking sales or customer service manager
  • Welcome retail banking relationship manager and commercial banking relationship manager candidate with strong client handling skill
  • Good knowledge of various banking products and procedure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical skill and problem solving technical
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
