Your new company
My client are a market leader in back office and FX financial trading solutions globally. Due to their international presence and expansion in Asia, they are actively seeking two candidates to join their team immediately. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

Your new role
Providing telephone/email support to internal and external clients on technical and live trading platform support to customers

  • Roll out technical solutions for clients in APAC
  • Dealing with clients over email
  • Liaising with clients in both Mandarin and English
  • Updating and maintaining product and process documentation
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and organisational success
  • Recording all call information on a CRM system
  • Handling troubleshooting queries and escalations/complaints

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin(both written and verbal)
  • Experience in handling FX trading platform would be ideal
  • Strong understanding of networking and application life cycle
  • Articulate, professional telephone manner
  • B2B customer service experience
