We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Business Portfolio and Governance Lead.

Principal responsibilities

  • Set and manage the overall business performance capability for divisions operating unit.
  • Build an efficient business performance management framework underpinned by tracking and monitoring mechanisms, profile and lost management routines and practical reporting.
  • Act as a strategy leader for the operating unit and support strategic projects, shape clear choices and business cases.
  • Define and operate the operating unit governance framework to ensure proper adherence to policies, procedures and effective decision making.
  • Support other senior management governance forums with updated information, KPIs and forecasts.
  • Collaborate constantly with Business Finance and Strategy teams from varies entity in the bank
  • Support the definition and strategic plans for new product definition, economic models and propositions

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of business modelling, finance and profit and lost management.
  • Hands on experience building and managing business models, reporting and performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of business products and propositions. Ideally from the financial services industry.
  • Experience in digitally led business, financial technologies and innovative products is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in Retail banking and commercial and global liquidity is an advantage
  • An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen
  • Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organization.
  • Customer focused, results based approach, able to deliver to deadlines.
  • Demonstrates flexibly when addressing shifting or competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to influence large teams without direct leadership authority.
  • Strong Analytical, Leadership and Stakeholder management skills. Track record in navigating within complex organizations.
  • Strong command of English language is a must, with Chinese is preferred.
