We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Vendor and Supply Management Lead.

In this role, you will

  • Lead the activity required to manage third party relationships by working closely with procurement and legal partners including vendor risk management and contract renewals 
  • Third party utilisation in line with current contracts 
  • Responsible for tracking actual spend vs sows and ensuring that no one is working at risk 
  • Engage with ASP cross functional teams to educate and provide advice around the  process
  • Complete an inventory of all active vendors and contracts in Digital ASP, documenting vendor category, responsibility for ongoing
  • Supplier management, contract expiration dates, and any other relevant information.
  • Introduce ongoing monitoring of the inventory and contract expiration dates, including notifications to engagement managers in cross functional teams, updates to the inventory and periodic checks against records maintained outside of Digital
  • Develop and maintain a purchase order tracking tool and a vendor headcount tool to ensure a streamlined procurement process is in place  
  • Management of inputs and representation at required approvals forums
  • Work in partnership with Procurement to define a timely, effective process to meet the procurement needs of Digital as a whole 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • ​Experience in vendor management and procurement processes
  • Experience of operating effectively within a complex matrix environment
  • Experience working across culture
  • Understanding of the banks group and its strategy, structures and processes
  • Effective written and oral communication and influencing skills
  • Experience of working in agile environments with cross functional teams
  • Proven planning and prioritising skills
  • Good understanding of digital business
  • Good understanding of third party risk
