My client, an American based Asset management and trust company is looking for a seasoned Customer experience director to join their Customer experience office to manage the growth of customer experience practice in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of customer strategies as well as client support initiatives
  • Lead analysis for insight creation on customer data; customer journey mapping and translate useful insights into business plans
  • Champion projects and initiatives in the customer experience annual action plan as well as managing internal and external resources for execution
  • Design and implement customer experience on investment products through developing innovative digital platform; providing insight during product development phrase from customer point of view
  • Upgrade service standard at customer touch points and streamline internal processes and procedures for a better customer journey
  • Collaborate with marketing department to enhance customer engagement and employee engagement materials

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in marketing or other related disciplines
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in customer experience & marketing in financial services sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Strong leadership ability and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Investment products a plus
