Our client is a leading Financial Trading System Provider, they are looking for a Trading IT Support Analyst for their global equities support. Great exposure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in the event of software/hardware failures. Responsible for technical investigation, status updates, and problem management. 
• Analyze the incidents and provide resolution and escalation promptly. 
• Prioritize incidents and keep the client up to date to the clients. 
• Perform system checks, aiming to identify and resolve the issues promptly. 
• Work with the client onsite to assist the issue resolution and understand their business needs. 

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support ideally in a financial system-related environment. 
• A strong analytical and proactive mindset in problem-solving, especially when it is time-sensitive and under pressure. 
• Independent and mature; Ability to work in a regional, global team
• Proficient in the following technical skills and able to do read and understand the code: C++, TCL, Unix Scripting.  
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills. Cantonese and/or Mandarin-speaking skills are preferred.
