Fund Operation Manager, candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
1 Responsible for day-to-day fund operation, updating and preparing operation procedures, and service provider management
2 Investor dealing, reporting and will be involved in KYC & AML process
3 Prepare trade instruction and settlement, position reconciliation, corporate actions, fund expense payment processing and cash management, and coordinate with relevant internal and external parties
4 Actively participate in projects of new fund setup and new account opening process
5 Other ad-hoc tasks as required
1 Bachelor's Degree or above. CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualifications.
2 At least 3 years working experience in fund management preferred, other relevant experience in fund administration and custodian banking may be considered in case of a strong candidate.
3 With good understanding of fund structures and sound working knowledge in different financial products.
4 Fluent in Mandarin and English; well versed in Chinese and English reading and writing.
5 Be prepared to work in a multi-cultural environment.
6 Good time management skills. Able to handle stress well.
7 Willing to learn and proactive problem-solving attitude; with can-do attitude.
8 Good communication skills and project management skills.
