My client is a multinational financial company and is now looking for an AI Leader who is not only able to be hands-on in the latest AI technologies / AI Algorithm / AI Research, but also able to build and manage a team with strong AI capability at the industry best practices
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the company's AI Strategy
- Work closely with other group leaders (including IT Team, Data Analytics Team, Digital Team, etc.) to drive innovative projects
- Work on multiple PoCs to set the direction for future technology investments
- Ensure the data is treated under appropriate governance and standard control
- Manage expectation and build relationships with senior business stakeholders, including CEO and other C-level management
- Analyze the company data broadly and gives out recommendations to executives.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other related discipline (Master or PhD candidate will be preferred)
- Relevant work experiences in AI research / AI Algorithm / Cognitive Computing
- 3+ years in managing a team
- Working knowledge of at least one statistical programming language, such as Python, R, SAS, etc
- Good communication skills in English
