  • Manage department budget, analyze expense items to identify productivity/reengineering saves opportunity and provide MIS report for management review
  • Support full productivity and performance MIS generation, as well as regional reporting for Credit Initiation and Collection functions
  • Coordinate and interact both internally and externally to drive different business initiatives and strategy for country business growth and ongoing efficiency improvement
  • Act as Credit Ops focal point to coordinate and consolidate timely completion of QAF and MCA and ensure timely resolution of issues and CAP closure
  • Third Party Officer for collection vendors of Credit Ops
  • Supervise loan ops team to handle day-to-day credit processing and loan ops activities to grow the business
  • Closely monitor staff's performance, coaching and provide feedback to improve the staff / team performance
  • Participate process improvement, system enhancement, projects etc. that follow direction / strategy of the company
  • Ensure MCA, COB, KRI etc. are completed on time
  • Ensure all records are complied with Citibank's Record Management Policy
  • Project leadership role to drive implementation of GC functionalities roll out, as well as various strategic initiatives at regional and global level


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years in banking or related field; knowledge of Collection and CI processes and systems, as well as risk management policies with related operations and execution experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership with exceptional execution capability to drive business initiatives and projects
  • Possess developed and skilled communication to interface with various levels of management in global, region and also country business users across all functions
  • Able to foster teamwork and motivate team momentum to meet with business needs and forward compatible directives
  • Able to handle multitasking and work under pressure
