Your responsibilities will include input and managing the global HR data, update and maintain documents (including scanning, P-files, filing of HR documentations), provide support on daily HR operational functions, ensure procedures an controls are in compliance with internal and external requirements, support the implementation of various HR programmes and provide support to country HR teams.

Your new role
This position reports into the HR Director. You will be supporting the region to provide a centralised data management support to other countries. Your responsibilities will include input and managing the global HR data, update and maintain documents (including scanning, P-files, filing of HR documentations), provide support on daily HR operational functions, ensure procedures an controls are in compliance with internal and external requirements, support the implementation of various HR programmes and provide support to country HR teams.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent and have at least 2-3 years of HR Administration experience. Ability to manage multiple tasks and detailed oriented is important. Strong interpersonal skills, passion for exceeding client expectations, commitment to quality and willingness to learn is required for this role.
