Our client is a prominent bank with great reputation in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Head of Digital and ATM Development to join their e-Banking team ensuring smooth implementation of the digital platforms and ATMs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to develop and manage digital channels from start to post-implementation, including performing quality assurance, revamp, re-engineering, etc.
  • Oversee all e-banking projects to ensure the projects deliverables are on time, within budget, at the required level of quality and in compliance with requirements
  • Consistently put the user experience of mobile applications and Mobile/e-Banking on top of though and design the best user experience
  • Identify and conduct potential uplifting opportunities for the projects
  • Work closely with multiple functional teams, for examples, different banking teams, compliance team, risk management team, etc.
  • Responsible for vendor management, communication with stakeholders

 

Essential requirements

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, e-Commerce or related disciplines
  • Proven more than 10 years of work experience in digital channel management, preferably in banking industry
  • Solid experience in ebanking projects is highly preferable, especially in the area of ATM/mobile/web banking
  • Extensive business analysis skills; technical background is not a must
  • Strong knowledge in banking products on digital platforms
  • Excellent leadership skills in managing a sizable team
  • Proficient written, verbal and communication skills in both Chinese and English (Including Mandarin)
