To work closely with Capgemini colleagues and clients, as a key member of the project and program team typically within or associated with a consulting or delivery engagement. Projects may contain a blend of Capgemini, client and contract staff and include a range of different stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities -

  • Ideal Candidate will work with Insurance IT management to help develop and articulate the IT strategy across varying forums. 
  • Create stakeholder maps and engagement along with a communications plan. 
  • Work with Senior Insurance IT staff globally, regionally and by country to establish a cohesive communication plan. 
  • Help upskill Senior IT management in communication skills with mentoring, review and direct production of materials.
     

Skills -

  • Around 12 - 15 yrs of IT industry experience.
  • Ability to synthesis information across functional and geographical locations and create presentations and board papers relevant for Insurance IT. 
  • Exposure to Insurance Industry.
  • Management Consulting and Reporting experience.
  • Strong knowledge Powerpoint, Excel, Word.
  • Strong Stakeholder management / Communications.
  • Strong Communication / Presentation ability.
