L1/L2 IT Support Analyst

Our client is a renowned international school provider headquartered in the UK educating children from preschool, primary to secondary level. They are looking for an energetic individual to join the dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform front-line technical support on network, system, software and hardware via phone, email, in-person and chat
  • Provide helpdesk support and solutions to users
  • Maintain good function of office desktop, printing, mobile and AV equipment
  • Follow established processes and guidelines for logging incidents and requests; escalate issues to appropriate support teams for solutions
  • Conduct training sessions with users on desktop, mobile equipment, productivity tools
  • Maintain IT inventory update and the procurement of IT equipment

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or related disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience in L1 support in corporations
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 10, MS Office apps, MS Office 365, Mac and iPhone
  • Experience in managing user accounts in Windows Active Directory and Office 365
  • Certifications in Microsoft infrastructure technologies and ITIL foundation is a plus
  • Excellent communication skill (both verbal and written) in English
  • Great customer service, troubleshooting ability and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
