Our client is a regional bank. Due to their business expansion, they are now looking for a legal counsel to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Head of Legal & Compliance
- Provide professional legal advice and assist with negotiating loan transactions
- Support legal documentation review and deal transactions related advisory
- Liaise with external counsels and professional firms
- Lead ad hoc projects with the business
Requirements:
- 3+ years PQE experience as a HK qualified lawyer in private practice or in-house financial institutions.
- Good understanding on regulatory requirements
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
