Manager, Control,Process & Governance

Please view Job Description for details.- Perform Survelliance testing as required by group policy
- Arrange and handle Mystery Shopping (MS) cases
- Review MS cases to idenitify any observations or non compliance issue in each cases
- Provide regular reporting, based on MS results, for management review
- Consolidate daily data from different systems to support checking needs
Qualifications and Skills
- University degree in a relevant banking related discipline
- Solid frontline banking experience and knowledge
- Experience in Process and Control management
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to communicate well in Mandarin.
