 Driving the organization for excellent, maintain successful and mutually supportive working relationships with all staff members  Develop and motivate staff, to provide value added advice, resolve issues, complaints, errors and concern of client  Ensure compliance with legislation, trust deed, policy and procedures  Provide costing and ensure seamless new client take-on  Provide value added advice, resolve issues, complaints, errors and concern of clients or regulator  Key drivers to undertake projects and develop new services  Key contact to Regulator, Compliance, Trustee and Fiduciary Services and Legal Department

  • Project manage to achieve objectives within scope, deliver within budget and deadline
  • Provide value added advice for new services and implement the delivery of it
  • Identify the issues and recommend and implement measures to ensure non recurrence
  • Review and discuss the trust deed, operating guide, workflow and procedure

  • Create and maintain procedures as well as putting the controls in place to manage the risks are clearly identified and documented
  • Accurate advice / guidance is given in a timely manner
  • Provide value added advice, resolve issues, complaints, errors and concern of clients

  • Response to Retirement Schemes Services Team the costing in an accurate and timely manner
  • Achieve SLA agreed with fund managers / employer / members

  • Ensure all issues to take on the new clients are appropriately raised


  • University Degree Holder
  • At least 5 years working experience, preferably within the areas of pension funds, ORSO and MPF
  • Good communication skills, including excellent written and spoken Chinese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is a   plus
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate staff
  • Analytical to enhance  system and  procedures
  • Strong project management skill
  • Strong interpersonal skill and negotiation skill to deal with clients
