Manager (New Product Marketing)
Responsibilities: - Responsible for and participate in the sales and promotion of E-Finance services and products to ensure the smooth operation of E-finance products; and work closely with internal and external parties to deliver quality services
- Formulate social media and branding strategy or initiatives, and conduct marketing campaign in various medias
- Formulate and implement customer's engagement strategy that aims at sharpening the banks' branding and product reputation through continuous target customers' acquisition and activation
- Plan and organize online and offline marketing campaign to increase exposure in social media and enhance customers' stickiness
- Leverage professional analytical tools on operational data to drive product delivery and optimize operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Keep abreast of and conduct competitors' analysis to assess its strengths and weaknesses; conduct research on competitors' channels and services to increase the Banks' competitiveness
Requirements : - Degree or above (Journalism, Media, education or other related discipline is preferrable)
- At least 2 years' experience in sales and promotion of E-Finance Products
- With professional IT background or experience preferred
- Strong communication, writing and editing skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong insight and business acumen, creative and resourceful to create social media campaign with heated discussion
- Energetic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, coordination and execution ability, and great sense of team work
- Strong English oral and written communication skills; good command of Cantonese preferred
