Manager (New Product Testing)
Responsibilities: - Lead/ coordinate SIT and UAT tasks for related products to optimize customer experience
- Oversee the operation of a range of projects and develop new tactics to improve user experience
- Keep abreast of the market information; and recommend alternatives for projects enhancements
- Manage others tasks assigned by Team Leader
Requirements ： - Degree or above in a related discipline
- At least 2 years' experience in IT product testing
- With professional IT background or experience in product development preferred
- Proven track record of participating in SIT and UAT of large-scale products
- Strong insight and business acumen in users' pain points and market opportunities; responsible and positive working attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills, coordination and execution ability, and great sense of team work
- Strong English oral and written communication skills; good command of Cantonese preferred
